Cancellation Policy – refund will be issued if cancellation notice is received 30 days before start date. There is no refund if cancellation is made in less than 30 days as this is a first come first served camp with strict coach to player ratios. A $30 per week administration fee will be applied to all refunds.
Swapping Weeks – there is no charge if you submit a change request up until 2 weeks before your camp start date. If you request a change within 1 week of your camp start date there is a $30 per week change fee.
